New Army Location

Since the Move to LS i have been looking for a new army location, If it would be possible to gate off some sections near the dockyard i have the perfect location.
I would be able to spawn Hummers in the little hangars and possibly have one tank. If they could only be used by memmbers of the Army faction that would be great at preventing people from trying to steal them.
The army chopper could spawn off to the side over here.
The Army vehicles could be stored in those three hangars.
